Risk Disclosure
How trading on Voexra can lose your money, what Voexra does not promise, and the risks you carry yourself.·Last updated: September 16, 2026
What this notice covers
This notice sets out the risks of using Voexra. Read this notice before you deposit money or place a trade.
Voexra can change this notice. The version published on the day you trade is the version that applies to that trade, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
This notice sits alongside the Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy. This is a statement of risk — it is not financial advice and not a recommendation to trade.
Voexra is the counterparty to every contract you open, and your live wallet balance is an amount Voexra LLC owes you rather than money held for you in a separate client account. What that means for you is set out below under Voexra is the counterparty.
The risks below apply to your live account, where your own money is at stake. The habits you form in practice carry into live trading.
You can lose your invested capital
Voexra publishes this risk warning, and it is reproduced here in full.
Trading Forex and Leveraged Financial Instruments involves significant risk and can result in the loss of your invested capital. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose and should ensure that you fully understand the risks involved. Trading leveraged products may not be suitable for all investors. Trading non-leveraged products such as stocks also involves risk as the value of a stock can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Before trading, please take into consideration your level of experience, investment objectives and seek independent financial advice if necessary. It is the responsibility of the Client to ascertain whether he/she is permitted to use the services of the Voexra brand based on the legal requirements in his/her country of residence.
That warning covers a wider range of products than this terminal offers, and it applies to every funded account here. A run of trades can empty your live wallet.
Voexra has no leverage and no ownership
General market warnings cover leveraged products and products such as shares that you own outright. Voexra offers neither.
What Voexra offers is a fixed-time contract on a Voexra-quoted market. There is no leverage, no margin, no financing, no overnight rollover and no swap charge, and you never own a share, a currency or a crypto asset by trading here.
Because nothing is borrowed, the most a single contract can cost you is the amount you placed on it. Treat that as a boundary on one trade, not as a safety feature. The absence of leverage does not reduce the risk.
What a fixed-time contract pays and what it costs
Every tradable instrument on Voexra is a fixed-time contract. You choose a market, a direction of Up or Down, an amount and an expiry. Nothing else forms part of the contract.
If the closing price is on the wrong side of your entry price, you lose the full amount placed. If it is on the right side, the contract returns your amount and adds the payout in force as profit. If the closing price is exactly equal to the entry price the result is a draw and your amount is returned with no profit.
The payout is shown on the ticket before you confirm, and the figure shown when you confirm is the figure that trade pays. The standard payout is currently 92 percent, and no payout rate is promised for the future.
The most that can be placed on a single trade is 10,000 US dollars. An individual market may be set lower. Each market also has a minimum amount enforced by the server.
Voexra is the counterparty
Voexra is the other side of every trade you place. There is no exchange, no order book, no matching engine and no third-party execution venue. Your profit is paid by Voexra and your loss is kept by Voexra.
Your live wallet balance is an amount Voexra LLC owes you. It is not money held for you in a separate client account, so you are relying on the company's ability to pay. If Voexra LLC were unable to pay, you would rank as an ordinary creditor and could lose your entire balance, including money you were not trading.
Direct conflict of interest: a correct call returns 92 percent profit while a wrong call costs 100 percent of the amount placed. If your direction is no better than chance, that leaves Voexra an expected margin of 4 percent of everything you place, before any question of skill arises.
Prices here follow their own path
Prices move continuously and without warning, and a sequence that looked predictable can change immediately. Markets on Voexra are quoted continuously, including weekends and public holidays, so a book keeps moving while an outside market with a similar name is closed.
An over-the-counter book here is its own product. Its path can differ from another venue or from an instrument with a similar name. Its level is set once when the book opens and is not corrected to any outside price while it is quoting. No other chart will match it tick for tick.
Settlement runs from Voexra's own recorded price after your expiry, not from the last price you saw and not from an average. If no eligible price exists the trade is voided and the amount placed is returned.
No exit once a trade starts
Once the server accepts a live trade it runs to its expiry. There is no cancel, no close, no sell back, no early exit and no cash out for real-money trades, and there is no stop loss, take profit or trailing stop of any kind.
Early exit and pending orders exist only on the practice account inside your browser. Do not build a live plan around a control that will not be there when your own money is committed.
If you believe a trade settled wrongly, raise it through Support. Voexra will review the recorded price behind the settlement and give you a written answer.
Any request can be refused or lost
Trading here depends on your device, your browser, your connection and several Voexra services that can fail independently of each other. A request that leaves your browser may never reach the server, and a request that reaches the server may still be refused.
Voexra refuses or pauses order entry rather than filling an order on doubtful data. An entry price that is lagging is refused, a market under maintenance is refused, and live order entry is paused entirely while the price evidence behind settlement is recovering.
A price on your screen is not proof that an order was accepted. Outages, maintenance and pauses can happen without notice. Voexra publishes no uptime commitment, no latency commitment and no service level of any kind.
Where the price evidence behind a settlement has been lost, Voexra's policy is to resolve the contract in your favour: the contract is settled as a win, or voided with your investment returned in full. A recovery is not used to record a loss.
Deposits and withdrawals depend on other people
Every deposit is handled by a third-party payment processor. Your balance changes only when that provider's confirmation reaches Voexra — not when you press the button — and if the provider is unreachable the deposit fails and nothing is credited.
Your live wallet is held in US dollars. A display currency you select changes only how figures are shown.
A withdrawal is a request, not an instant cashout. It is reviewed by people, it can be held or rejected, and no arrival time is promised at any stage. A rejected or paused withdrawal does not forfeit the money: the reserved amount returns to your balance and you can request it again once the reason is resolved.
A crypto transfer cannot be undone
A transfer sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network cannot be reversed, and Voexra does not recover it. Only specific coin and network combinations are supported, and the cashier shows which ones apply when you deposit.
A deposit is credited on the coins that actually arrive, not on the amount you asked for. An invoice that is only partly paid is not credited; it stays pending, and paying the shortfall can still complete it.
Coins that arrive but cannot be credited automatically remain yours. Raise the transaction with Support and quote the transaction hash. Voexra's policy is not to keep an uncredited deposit.
The value of a coin can move between the moment you send it and the moment it is credited. Network fees are taken out of the transfer rather than charged to you separately.
No guarantee of return
What happened before tells you nothing about what happens next.
A displayed payout is not a forecast. It changes the win rate you would need to break even; it does not make an uncertain outcome certain. Nothing in the chart, the indicators, the drawings or the analytics tells you the next price.
Voexra does not guarantee any profit, any rate of return, or the continued availability of any market. Leaderboards and past figures shown in the product describe what happened rather than what will happen.
Practice results predict nothing
The practice balance you trade against runs in your browser. A practice order never reaches Voexra and is never recorded on the server, so it is not reviewed or disputed as a trade.
Practice funds are learning credits with no cash value; they cannot be withdrawn, transferred into the live wallet or converted into money.
Practice does not reproduce the live product. It settles against the price your browser observed, and it carries none of the pressure of risking your own money. A good run in practice establishes nothing about live outcomes.
Bonus funds carry conditions
Locked bonus funds raise the balance you see but are excluded from your withdrawable figure and are not available to stake until the turnover requirement is met. An unmet bonus is removed when the offer period ends.
Your own deposited funds and the profits already credited to your live wallet are not affected and remain withdrawable.
Declining a bonus keeps every dollar you deposit withdrawable.
Nothing here stops you trading too much
Expiries start at 5 seconds, and the product sets no limit on how many trades you may open, how much you may lose in a day, or how long you may stay at the screen. Fast repeated trading multiplies the Voexra expected margin against you, and losses can accumulate faster than you can review them.
Voexra has no automated self-exclusion, no cooling-off period, no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session timer and no reality check. If you want to stop, ask Support to close your account or suspend it.
No strategy, indicator, preset or signal makes a fixed-time contract safe. Chasing a loss with a larger amount empties accounts fast.
Nobody here checks this suits you
Before you trade, think about how much experience you have and what you are trying to achieve. If you are not certain this product suits you, take independent financial advice before you deposit.
Voexra does not assess whether this product is appropriate for you. There is no suitability test, no experience questionnaire and no identity or age check in the path that accepts a trade; the confirmation that you are 18 or older is a declaration you make when you register.
Do not trade with money you need for living costs, debts or dependants, and do not trade with borrowed money.
Your country, your tax, your decision
The website services are not available in a number of countries, including USA, Canada, Hong Kong, EEA countries, Israel and Russia, as well as for persons under 18 years of age. The word including means that list is not exhaustive.
It is your responsibility to check whether you are permitted to use Voexra under the law of the country you live in. Being able to open an account, see a price or place a trade is not confirmation that the service is permitted where you live.
Any tax arising on your trading, on a bonus, on a referral commission or on a prize is your own responsibility. Voexra withholds no tax, files no tax report on your behalf and issues no tax statement.
Final reminder: trade only with money you can afford to lose in full. If losing the amount you are about to deposit would change how you live, do not deposit it.
