Who operates Voexra, where the service is offered, what the site keeps in your browser, and how to complain about personal data.·Last updated: September 16, 2026

01

Who is responsible for your data

Voexra is operated by Voexra LLC. Voexra LLC is the owner of the voexra.com domain and decides what personal data the service collects and why, so it is the company answerable for everything set out in this policy.

The partner site at affiliate.voexra.com is part of the Voexra brand, and a partner account is handled under this policy in the same way as a trading account.

02

Your local rights and data protection contacts

Nothing in this policy removes any right you may have under the law of your own country, including any right to complain to a data protection authority there.

Voexra LLC has not appointed a data protection officer, and it has not appointed a representative in any other country.

03

Where the service is offered

The website services are not available in a number of countries, including USA, Canada, Hong Kong, EEA countries, Israel, Russia as well as for persons under 18 years of age. The word including means that list is not exhaustive.

The sign-up form does not offer the United States at all. You are responsible for checking whether the law where you live allows you to use Voexra.

Because of that restriction, the country you are in is treated as account evidence rather than a display preference, which is why we run the checks described in section 13.

04

Who this notice covers

This notice describes how Voexra handles personal data for people who open an account, use the practice terminal, trade, deposit or withdraw funds, or join the partner programme. It applies to voexra.com and the partner centre.

Questions about anything below can be sent through the Support workspace and its secure messenger.

05

What we collect

Account details you give us: your email address, a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form), the country you select at sign-up, and the trader ID we assign you. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account identifier and email address instead of a password.

Security and session data collected automatically: the IP address used to create the account and to sign in, your browser or device user agent, and session records used to keep you signed in and to end sessions when you or we revoke them.

Identity verification data, if you submit it: the identity document you upload, its file name, type and size, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file, and the IP address and user agent used to submit it.

Money and activity data: deposits, withdrawals (including destination crypto address or payment reference), wallet balances, bonuses, and the trades you place including amount, market, direction, expiry and result.

Partner data, if you join the affiliate programme: your referral links and the traders attributed to them, commission records, and, only if you connect it, your Telegram account identifier and username.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of other apps.

06

Why we use it

To operate the account and the terminal: authenticate you, keep a session open, show your balance, execute and settle the trades you place, and process deposits and withdrawals.

To meet verification and anti-fraud obligations: confirm identity where verification has been required on the account before a withdrawal is paid, detect duplicate or automated accounts, and investigate suspected abuse.

To communicate with you: verification and password-reset email, notice that a withdrawal request was received or an identity document was decided, and service messages. These are sent through our email provider.

To keep the service working: error and performance monitoring, and security logging.

07

Who we share it with

Payment providers — so that a deposit or withdrawal can be processed. They receive only what is needed to move the specific payment.

Our email provider — which receives your email address and the contents of the message being sent to you.

Our content delivery and hosting providers — which process requests to the site in order to serve it.

Google — if you choose to sign in with Google.

Telegram — only if you connect a Telegram account to the partner bot.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

08

How long we keep it

Account, transaction and verification records are kept for as long as the account exists and afterwards where we are required to retain financial and identity records. Closing an account does not immediately erase records we must keep.

Session records end when the session is revoked or expires.

09

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Sign in, open the messenger in the Support workspace, and include your trader ID and account email so support can locate the account.

Where a legal obligation requires us to keep a record, we will tell you which record and why rather than deleting it silently.

Voexra sends no marketing email, so there is no marketing consent to withdraw. Service messages about your own account continue while the account is open.

10

Cookies and local storage

We use storage on your device to keep you signed in, remember your theme, and hold the state of the terminal. Some of that storage is required for the service to function and some of it is not. We do not use advertising trackers.

The cookies we set and what each one is for are listed under section 16 below.

11

Children

The service is not offered to anyone under 18. You confirm you are 18 or older when you create an account.

12

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.

13

Country data and account checks

The country you select when you sign up is stored on your account and is not editable from your profile, because it decides which payment methods you are offered. If it is wrong, or if you have moved, ask support to correct it; support will confirm that you own the account, and may ask for evidence of where you live, before making the correction.

The country you selected is checked against the list of countries where an account may not be opened, and the country we observe from your network connection is also checked where we have one. An approximate country taken from a network address can be wrong — a VPN, a corporate network or a mobile carrier can move it.

Restricting or closing an account is not a forfeiture of the money in it. Your entitlement to the remaining balance stands, and it is dealt with through the support messenger under the same payout checks that apply to any withdrawal.

At sign-up you are also asked to declare that you are not a citizen or resident of the United States for tax purposes. The answer itself is not stored as a separate record; what we record is the moment you accepted the Service Agreement and confirmed your age.

14

Age confirmation and under-18 accounts

We record the moment you confirmed you are 18 or older and the moment you accepted the Service Agreement. Both are stored on your account as evidence that the confirmations were given.

We do not check a document to confirm your age when you sign up, and the sign-up form does not ask for a date of birth. You can add one later in your profile, and if the date you give shows you are under 18, it is refused.

If we learn from a verification document, or in any other way, that you are under 18, we may suspend or close your account.

15

Closing your account and asking for deletion

There is no delete button in the product. You can ask through the support messenger for your account to be closed and for data we are not required to keep to be deleted. Support will confirm that you own the account before acting on the request.

Our policy is to tell you which records are being kept and why, rather than deleting anything without saying so. The records we keep are your trades, the record of money moving into and out of your account, your support conversations, and the sign-in and other security records held on the account.

16

The cookies we set and other browser storage

Six cookies are set on voexra.com, and all of them are first-party. Most are marked so that scripts running in the page cannot read them.

Strictly necessary: one cookie keeps your signed-in session alive, one identifies a practice session opened without an account, and one holds the short-lived state of a Google sign-in while that sign-in is in progress. Scripts in the page cannot read any of these three.

Analytics: two cookies record that a browser visited the site and that it began a new browsing session, which is how we count arrivals from a campaign or a partner link. The visitor cookie lasts 30 days and the browsing-session cookie is discarded when the browser closes.

Referral: one cookie holds a referral code for 30 days so that a sign-up can be credited to whoever referred you. It is written by the page itself and cleared once the referral has been used.

Separately, the site keeps information in your browser's own local storage: your theme, the state of the trading workspace including any chart drawings, a referral code if you arrived through one, and whether you dismissed the storage notice.

17

How we know how you arrived

On your first landing, your browser sends us the path you landed on, five campaign values a marketing link can carry, and one referral code if the link carries one. Our server keeps only the host name of the page you came from — the path, query and anything after it are discarded before the record is written.

A referral code is also held in your own browser for 30 days so that a sign-up can be credited to whoever referred you. A single sign-up is credited to one code only.

We use Cloudflare as our network and content delivery provider, and it is the source of the approximate country we observe from your connection. Google receives the fact that you signed in to Voexra where you choose to sign in with a Google account.

18

Governing law and changes to this policy

Where a change materially affects how we use personal data we already hold, we mark it as a change and give notice in the product at least 14 days before it takes effect. We do not apply a change to data already collected without telling you first.

19

How to complain

A complaint is different from the access, correction and deletion requests described under section 9. Send a privacy complaint to the messenger in the Support workspace, and say at the start that you are making a complaint, so that it is handled as one rather than answered as a question.

Set out what happened, when it happened, and what you want done about it. The messenger opens whether or not you are signed in. You can also write to us at [email protected].

We acknowledge a complaint, tell you when to expect an answer, and give a reasoned written answer. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the country you live in, where the law there gives you that right.
