Payment Policy
How Voexra processes deposits, withdrawals, currency conversions, fees and chargebacks.·Last updated: September 16, 2026
What this document covers
This Payment Policy sets out how Voexra handles money moving into and out of your account. It covers every method Voexra accepts for deposits and withdrawals, the timelines, fees, and currency handling that apply to each, and the rules that govern declined or reversed transactions.
Registration, verification, the wallet structure, bonuses and referrals are covered by the Non-Trading Operations Regulations. Trade settlement is covered by the Rules of Trading Operations.
Your wallet currency and display conversions
Your account balance is held, tracked and settled in United States Dollars (USD). Any local currency figure you see in the product — in your profile settings, in the cashier, or beside a trade — is a display conversion calculated at the rate Voexra publishes at that moment. It is not a contract to transact at that rate.
The rate used to process a transaction is the rate frozen at the moment the order is opened, not the rate displayed when you started navigating to the cashier.
Deposits: how and when they are credited
All deposits are made through the cashier section of the product. You choose a method, enter the amount, follow any authentication steps the payment provider requires, and the cashier completes the flow. Do not send funds to any address or account number not presented to you inside the cashier.
Your balance is updated only when Voexra receives confirmation from the payment provider that the funds have settled. Leaving the cashier page, closing your browser, or the provider taking time to confirm do not affect the settlement — the credit arrives when the provider confirms it. If money left your payment instrument more than 30 minutes ago and has not appeared in your balance, contact support with the transaction reference before retrying.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts
A minimum deposit amount applies to each method; it is shown to you inside the cashier before you confirm. The amount varies by method and may vary by country. Voexra may impose a deposit limit on an account; where one is in place, the cashier shows it.
Voexra does not process a deposit below the displayed minimum and will return it where technically possible. Processing a return may take as long as the original deposit route takes for a credit.
Payment methods — cards
Voexra accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. The card must be issued in your name. Voexra does not accept pre-paid cards, virtual cards issued for single use, or cards whose issuing bank is not reachable for real-time authorisation.
Card deposits are typically credited within a few minutes of authorisation. A withdrawal to a card is sent to the same card used for the most recent deposit where technically possible; no other card destination is accepted for card payouts unless supported explicitly for your account.
Your card issuer may classify a deposit to a trading platform as a cash advance and apply its own fee or interest rate. That cost is set entirely by your bank and not by Voexra; Voexra has no visibility into it.
Payment methods — e-wallets and local methods
Voexra supports a selection of e-wallet providers and local payment methods whose availability depends on your registered country. The cashier shows only the methods available to your account.
A payout is returned to the same e-wallet used to deposit where technically possible. Where a deposit method cannot receive payouts, you are offered an alternative and may be asked to verify ownership of that alternative before the payout is dispatched.
Payment methods — cryptocurrency
Where cryptocurrency is accepted, the cashier generates a deposit address specific to your account and the selected network. You send funds to that address from a wallet you control. Voexra credits the equivalent USD amount at the rate fixed at the moment the blockchain transaction reaches the confirmation threshold Voexra sets for that network.
Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. If you send to the wrong address, send on the wrong network, or send below the network's minimum viable amount, Voexra cannot recover those funds. Voexra is not responsible for network congestion, miner delays, or gas costs.
Cryptocurrency payouts convert your USD balance at the rate fixed at dispatch and are sent on the selected network. Network fees are deducted from the amount dispatched. Arrival time is outside Voexra's control once the transaction is broadcast.
Withdrawals: how to submit a request
Go to the cashier, choose Withdrawal, select a method and enter the amount. You can withdraw up to your withdrawable balance — your total balance minus any amount held against open trades and minus any bonus balance still under its turnover requirement.
Your balance is reduced by the requested amount as soon as you submit. The request then goes for review. If the request is declined, the reserved amount is returned to your withdrawable balance.
Withdrawal review and dispatch
Every withdrawal is reviewed by an operator before dispatch. Review may include a check against the verification and source-of-funds rules in the Non-Trading Operations Regulations. Voexra does not promise a specific review time or dispatch deadline.
Once dispatched, the payout is in the hands of the payment provider and Voexra has no ability to recall, redirect or accelerate it. The time between dispatch and arrival at your payment instrument depends on the provider and the method chosen.
Withdrawal destination rules
A withdrawal must go to a payment instrument in your own name and under your own control. Voexra does not send payouts to third parties.
Where technically possible, Voexra returns funds by the same route they arrived. If the deposit method cannot receive payouts, Voexra uses a method it determines is equivalent for your account. You may be asked to verify ownership of the destination before the payout is dispatched.
Fees and costs
Voexra does not charge a fee to process a deposit or withdrawal. However, the payment provider, your bank, or the network may apply its own charges; those are entirely outside Voexra's control and are not shown in the cashier.
For cryptocurrency withdrawals, a network fee is deducted from the gross amount you requested; the net amount dispatched is shown before you confirm. For card deposits, your card issuer may apply a cash-advance fee; Voexra has no visibility into this charge.
Exchange rates
Where a transaction involves a currency other than USD, Voexra applies its own exchange rate, which includes a margin above the interbank mid-market rate. The applicable rate is shown in the cashier before you confirm.
Once you confirm, the rate is frozen into the transaction record. Subsequent market moves do not change the amount credited or debited. Voexra is not responsible for the difference between the cashier rate and any rate published elsewhere.
Declined or reversed transactions
A deposit may be declined by the payment provider. Voexra has no ability to override a provider's decline decision; you need to contact your bank or provider for the reason and, if appropriate, retry using a different method or from a different account.
A deposit that is reversed after crediting — by your bank, through a chargeback, or at the instruction of a regulatory authority — results in an equivalent deduction from your account balance. If the resulting balance is negative, you owe Voexra that amount.
Chargebacks and disputes
A chargeback filed against a Voexra transaction is treated as a breach of the Service Agreement. Voexra may suspend your account pending resolution, set off any outstanding chargeback amount against your balance, and pursue recovery through legal means.
If you believe a transaction on your statement is in error, contact Voexra support first. Voexra can provide transaction records and, where the error is ours, reverse the transaction without a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction Voexra made in good faith does not entitle you to a refund and may result in account closure.
Fraud prevention and verification
Voexra operates fraud monitoring on all deposits and withdrawals. A transaction flagged by that monitoring may be held for manual review. Where a hold is applied to a withdrawal, Voexra tells you through the messenger and may ask for documentation.
You must not use the cashier to test cards, to cycle funds through the account without trading, or for any purpose other than depositing money you intend to trade with and withdrawing your own profits or unused balance. Any such activity is a breach of the Service Agreement.
Changes to this policy
A change that materially affects the fees, exchange rate methodology, withdrawal process, or method availability applicable to your account takes effect no less than 14 days after Voexra notifies you by email and by a notice in the product.
A change to the list of accepted methods, or to a third-party provider's processing terms, takes effect when Voexra publishes it; Voexra gives as much advance notice as the circumstances allow.
Governing terms
This Payment Policy is part of the agreement between you and Voexra LLC and is read together with the Service Agreement, the Non-Trading Operations Regulations, and the Rules of Trading Operations.
In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails, followed by this Policy, followed by the Non-Trading Operations Regulations. Questions or complaints about a payment should be sent through the Voexra Messenger in the Support workspace.
